Pop music, also known simply as pop, is a genre of popular music that originated in the late 1950s as an offshoot of traditional Pop, in combination with other musical genres that were fashionable at the time.

Not only is his music appealing to the masses, but he addresses themes that people can easily identify with, such as love, life and the occasional social issue.

Well, I would like to start by telling you that One Direction, is my favorite band since a long time ago, but in 2020 when we all were at home because of the pandemic, I spent my time listening to them, learning the lyrics of their songs and watching their movie called This is us. I say I brightened up when I knew them; I've

admired and loved them as a group and soloists. And moving to the song I chose, I love this one because they sing about that love, that person. I mean, how you could do whatever it takes to be with someone,

and when they sing, "you know me for your eyes only" I think that person you love knows you differently, as no one else does, so it engages many emotions; the rhythm is so soft that sometimes makes me wanna cry, so basically I feel devotion about this song, and it's perfect for me.

I chose this song as a very special one since it’s one of those songs that make me feel empowered and that sometimes it’s needed to set boundaries. It makes me think what would I do in Rapunzel’s place, would I do the same? Would I be brave enough to face her? Besides, it helps me to know that not everyone’s trustworthy and that sometimes they come for something else.

Disney songs are very special and you can easily feel identified with them, but I think Tangled songs hit different; they describe perfectly how we felt during quarantine due to COVID-19 (When will my life begin?), how scared we are to talk back when someone’s is gaslighting us (Mother know best), how important it is to follow your dreams.

A musical genre which you should ​listen to because it has a very wide ​repertoire of songs, there may be vulgar ​songs, but not all are so, there are songs ​that touch your heart and has inspiring ​lyrics, danceable, love, heartbreak, an​d many others.

I love this song very much because it makes me remember my favorite person, who is still in my mind and heart (with nostalgia, because he is no longer with me). This song describes that time flies by when you are with your loved one, but when you are not with him/her, time freezes, that's why it's called "Reloj Ingrato”. Whenever I hear this song, in my mind start running the memories I had with him that I still treasure in my heart no matter how much time passes.
